Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Senior Auditor for a growing public accounting firm in Garner, North Carolina, The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in accounting and audit. Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is preferred, and CPA is a plus, Primary duties will include performing audit engagements, including planning, executing, and reporting on financial statements. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial data, identify risks and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for business processes and controls. If you are an experienced Auditor looking for a challenging role at an established company, this may be the role for you.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards
Experience in performing audits of financial statements
Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
CPA certification is preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
