This role is focused on implementing a new ERP within the organization that includes planning, scheduling, stakeholder and risk management, team leadership, coordination, and change management. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop project plans and timelines, allocating resources as necessary to meet project goals
• Act as a liaison between vendors, team members, and management to ensure clear communication
• Track and analyze user account licenses between vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, assessing both short-term and long-term impacts on the company
• Schedule and lead meetings regarding IT-related projects across clients, vendors, and internal employees
• Deliver and monitor data to stakeholders regarding project timelines, shortfalls, and testing requirements
• Provide guidance, motivation, support, and leadership to project teams to optimize performance and meet deadlines
• Work to resolve conflicts of interest within a positive team environment
• Facilitate change management practices, assess impacts of change, obtain and track approvals, and adjust plans to minimize disruptions and help employees manage change.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Solid understanding and experience in IT project management.
• Basic programming skills.
• Proven experience in change management within an IT context.
• Experience in IT Risk Management, including identifying and managing potential risks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certification or degree in Project Management or related field is preferred.
