Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Geneva, New York. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity where you will handle account reconciliation, manage accounts payable, perform check runs, code invoices, and ensure data entry accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Perform regular account reconciliation to ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Carry out check runs to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely.
• Code invoices correctly to ensure proper tracking and management of financial records.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain up-to-date account information.
• Process invoices efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and that invoices are paid on time.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.
• Operate Oracle for database management and financial operations.
• Use QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online for accounting duties and financial management.
• Implement SAP for enterprise resource planning and data management. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices
• Proficient in Data Entry and Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Quickbooks Online
• Proven skills in Account Reconciliation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
