Description We are seeking a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the non-profit sector, located in Gennessee, Colorado. As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that require proficiency in various software systems and excellent attention to detail. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions for data management
• Handle all billing functions and check processing
• Use CRM and Epic Software for customer relationship management and data entry tasks
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Manage claim administration and answering inbound calls effectively
• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time management
• Use ADP - Financial Services for payroll and HR services
• Conduct regular monitoring of customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Applicant must be adept in using CRM
• Familiarity with Epic Software is essential
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is necessary
• Ability to use About Time software proficiently is required
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls is desired
• Candidate must be capable of handling Billing Functions
• Proficiency in Check Processing is needed
• Knowledge of Claim Administration is essential
