Robert Half Project Manager Assistant in Georgetown, Texas

Description We are in search of a skilled Project Manager Assistant to become a part of our team. This role is based in Georgetown, Texas, and is integral to the successful management and completion of various projects across our operations. The Project Manager Assistant will be involved in the planning, executing, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that all aspects are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant software to maintain and manage project-related data.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders using Email Correspondence.

• Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise and ensure the project stays on schedule.

• Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders.

• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

• Provide administrative support as needed.

• Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

• Assist in risk management and project changes.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

• Strong email correspondence skills with the ability to draft, edit, and send professional emails.

• Excellent organization and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise between different departments and team members.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of work.

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.

• Problem-solving skills to address project-related issues and find effective solutions.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project plans or schedules.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new project management tools and methodologies.
