We are in search of a Controller to join our operations in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this critical role, you will oversee financial activities, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations. This position also involves managing financial reporting, offering strategic financial guidance, and collaborating with various departments within our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of financial resources.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for financial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles to maintain the organization's financial integrity.
• Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support the organization's financial goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.
• Develop and improve financial procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor cash flow and take appropriate actions to maintain financial stability.
• Lead and guide team members to foster a cohesive and high-performing Finance Team.
Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management
• Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista software
• Experience with Month-end Close Activities, Month-end Financial, Month-end Journal Entries, and Month-end Reports
• Ability to Perform Month-end tasks
• Possession of a CPA, CPA Designation, or being CPA Eligible
• Experience in Budgeting - Forecasting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
