Full Charge Bookkeeper in Glassboro, New Jersey

In this position, you will prepare financial statements; establish and maintain the accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives of the organization; and handle all other general accounting and bookkeeping functions. This long-term contract Full Charge Bookkeeper opportunity is based in Glassboro, New Jersey.
What you get to do every day:
Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and lost statements and balance sheet
Month-end and year-end write-up and closings
Assist with budget preparations
Pay invoices and maintain ledgers
Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Experience with accounts payable invoicing, ledger accounts and reconciliation
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
2+ years of accounting experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
