Job Description:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing change requests for assigned applications, as well as improving service delivery through structured problem-solving methodologies. You will utilize your expertise in data analysis and process mapping to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction while fostering positive working relationships with internal partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage and implement change requests for assigned applications to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies such as Process Mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and Data Analysis activities to improve service delivery.
Develop workflows using FCM to streamline processes within departments and ensure optimal efficiency.
Standardize quality mechanisms to assure service delivery accuracy of 99.9%.
Create scripts for Foxtrot to automate maintenance tasks and streamline operations.
Synthesize data effectively to provide executive-level summaries and actionable insights.
Cultivate positive working relationships with internal partners to identify, develop, standardize, and improve processes.
Communicate process changes, enhancements, and solutions through written documentation to management, peers, staff, and other teammates.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes and operating systems.
Facilitate Process Redesign teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Provide backup support for other applications and process enhancements as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Five or more years of experience in banking process development or application administration.
An undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline is required.
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or demonstrated knowledge of statistics and data analysis required.
Strong commitment to customer service with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Effective listening and investigative skills, with the ability to identify problems and areas of opportunity.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to organize and facilitate meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making.
Advanced time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills using critical thinking to identify and address complex issues.
Demonstrated understanding of data interpretation and summarization techniques.
Working knowledge of systems and applications used by the Bank.
