We are looking for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join a litigation team in Glen Allen, Virginia. As a key member of the team, your main function will be to provide legal advice, handle litigation and offer training in all aspects of employment, benefits, and labor law. You will be part of an industry that is dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to a diverse array of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice, counseling, and representation in all facets of employment, benefits, and labor law

• Handle and resolve wrongful termination claims and federal employment discrimination litigation

• Actively engage in Title VII litigation and other areas of civil rights litigation before the EEOC and federal courts

• Efficiently manage wage hour violation claims

• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of civil litigation and trial attendance

• Demonstrate expertise in both Employee and Employer Employment Law

• Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity regulations

• Exhibit proficiency in Federal Employment Law

• Utilize Juris and Juris Doctor skills in the execution of job function.

Requirements • Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Must have a minimum of one year of experience as an attorney or lawyer.

• Proficiency in Civil Litigation and Trial Attendance is required.

• Knowledge of Employment Law is a must, including areas such as Employment Discrimination, Employment Law - Employee, and Employment Law - Employer.

• Understanding and experience in Equal Employment Opportunity compliance is necessary.

• Familiarity with Federal Employment Law is required.

• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity are required.
