Description
A friendly midsized litigation firm is seeking a legal assistant with 5+ years of experience in civil litigation My team has worked with this firm for years, and we can’t say enough great things about their culture and team environment!
The ideal legal assistant will have experience with insurance defense litigation. The ideal legal assistant will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
This legal assistant will support two friendly attorneys. This legal assistant will be responsible for:
Calendaring
Court filings
Document formatting, including TOA’s, TOC’s, motions, pleadings, etc.
Preparing for hearings, depositions, and mediations
The firm is offering this legal assistant an above-market salary package including 100% employer-paid health benefits, a fantastic retirement plan, 15 days of PTO/year, and more!
This legal assistant will have the flexibility to work from home 1 day/week.
