Description

Expanding Glendale based plaintiff personal injury law firm seeks a bilingual Spanish case manager to assistant in pre-litigation department. Personal injury case manager candidates will have 1+ years of direct plaintiff personal injury experience. Personal injury case manager candidates will have experience with client intake, client communication, coordinating medical visits, corresponding with insurance carriers, and preparing demand letters. Requirements

  • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

  • Track record of expertise in Internet research, calendaring, word processing and spreadsheets

  • 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

  • Eagerness to learn quickly

  • Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

  • Foundational knowledge in Liens

  • Adeptness in Client Intake

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Client Relations

  • Experience with medical records analysis

  • Plaintiff experience

  • Previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
