Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the construction industry to find an AR Specialist. This is a full time, permanent position in Golden. It is 100% in office, no flexibility, and is paying $65-75k. Additional information and job requirements are below. Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, adhering to billing terms and contract agreements.

• Monitor incoming payments from clients, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure payments are applied correctly to outstanding invoices in the accounting system.

• Proactively follow up with clients on overdue invoices through various communication channels, diplomatically resolving payment issues and negotiating payment plans when necessary.

• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to management on trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement in AR processes.

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, and Viewpoint Vista to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Requirements:

Ability to work 5 days a week on site.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Clerk role or similar position

• Strong knowledge and experience with Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures

• Familiarity with billing procedures and cash applications

• Experience with Cash Collections and Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista software is beneficial

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
