Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in legal billing for a contract position. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop their legal career within a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage various legal cases, including data analysis, planning and initial drafting
Maintain an organized system of legal documentations and electronic databases
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks including managing attorney calendars, coordinating meetings, scheduling depositions etc.
Efficiently handle legal billing and invoicing responsibilities, track expenses, and meticulously maintain financial reports
Liaise and correspond with clients, answering queries and providing updates when necessary
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Paralegal within a law firm or corporate legal department
Solid experience and understanding of legal billing systems and procedures
Tabs3 experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and law-related software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail
