Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Golden Valley, Minnesota


Office Team is looking for an experienced and driven Administrative Assistant for a company outside of Minneapois! This individual will be handling a variety of administrative duties and supporting departments and individuals within the office. This person needs to be great at multitasking and have a personable and professional attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office in a professional atmosphere; including answering phones, greeting and directing all visitors.

  • Provide administrative support to departments/individuals for day to day operations such as preparation of documents, filing, copying, ordering office supplies and other duties as assigned.

  • Data entry into multiple tracking systems.

  • Generate reports

  • Scanning and cataloging member/client files.

  • Organize and schedule conference rooms/meetings and management of other office calendars

  • Problem solve with member/clients as appropriate.

  • Maintain member/client confidentiality.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to independently perform duties with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to exercise good judgment, as well as, protecting confidential information.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Ability to manage multiple technology systems.

  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

  • Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative capacity
