Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to manage day-to-day financial transactions, generate and analyze financial reports, demonstrate proficiency in various software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payables and receivables
• Record and reconcile financial data in line with company policies and procedures
• Handle foreign currencies bill payments and work closely with both local and international vendors
• Generate and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks to provide insights into the company's financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting
• Review, document, and assist in the implementation of accounting policies, process improvements, and internal control procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address financial inquiries
• Manage payroll and communicate with benefit providers to update information to management and staff in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Strong Bookkeeping skills
• Familiarity with Data Entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close process
• Knowledge of Payroll processing
• Experience with QuickBooks software
• Ability to manage Payroll for under 100 employees
