Robert Half OfficeTeam is currently working with our client in the west metro to staff for a temporary-to-full-time Account Manager role in the Food Service industry. The Account Manager will be handling both phone and email communication in a Business to Business (B2B) aspect with vendors and Customer Service with the customers. Duties of the Account Manager are to deal with different situations and deal with multiple problems as they arise. The Account Manager will be dealing with high-touch clients and need to remain steadfast in their communication. The Account Manager will be working within multiple different systems unique to each client, and be comfortable navigating through each one.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Tech savvy

  • Candidate will be working within their database and needs to pick this up quickly

  • Adaptable

  • Must think quick on your feet and be flexible to change
