Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Golden Valley, Minnesota

Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced customer service representative in the Marketing/Creative industry, based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing the chance to join our team and contribute to our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service and account management tasks, serving as the liaison between various teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficiency strategies for the customer service team.

• Serve as the intermediary between customer service, operations, and sales teams.

• Manage a portfolio of key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.

• Address customer inquiries via phone or email within a business day, providing technical responses where necessary.

• Handle customer complaints, facilitate resolutions, and act as the escalation point for other customer service team members.

• Generate and send out quotes for testing, identifying opportunities for upselling where applicable.

• Monitor customer service dashboard, ensuring prompt action on necessary changes.

• Communicate weekly updates on submission trends and phone/email metrics.

• Manage large and specialty projects for the account, setting internal and external strategies to ensure successful execution.

• Build new customers in the system and update existing customer records as needed.

• Assist with customer information review as time allows.

Requirements • Proven experience in a marketing or creative role

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated sales experience

• Ability to review and ensure quality of marketing materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with financial notes and metric reporting

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer satisfaction

• Ability to answer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Excellent time management skills

• Proven record of effective collaboration with teams

• Comfortable with conference calls and virtual meetings

• Prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience in account management

• Proficiency in creating dashboards and visual representations of data

• Effective communicator with a strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of nutrition is a plus

• Ability to work onsite when needed

• Experience with submission of marketing proposals and plans
