We are offering a unique opportunity for a Senior Recruiter in the manufacturing industry, located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The role involves sourcing and recruiting executive level talent. As a key team member, you will be expected to source candidates, manage the hiring process, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency in all recruiting tasks

• Demonstrate a proactive approach, actively seeking out potential candidates for various roles

• Build strong relationships with candidates, maintaining a positive image of the company

• Manage hiring leadership effectively, adjusting to new roles and responsibilities as required

• Comfortably navigate through ambiguity, making sound decisions in uncertain situations

• Utilize various platforms and tools such as Cold Calling, Workday HCM, LinkedIn, and TalentNeuron for sourcing and recruiting

• Leverage experience in Corporate Recruiting to identify and attract top talent

• Engage with C-Suite executives, effectively communicating and negotiating job offers and contracts

Requirements • Applicant should have a minimum experience of 10 years in the manufacturing industry.

• Experience in the role of a Senior Recruiter is essential.

• Proficiency in Cold Calling is required.

• Applicant should have experience in C-Suite level hiring.

• Knowledge of Workday HCM is mandatory.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn for sourcing and recruiting is required.

• Experience in Campus Recruiting is essential.

• Expertise in Corporate Recruiting is needed.

• The applicant should be able to work in collaborative environments.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

• Applicant should have a strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.

• Adaptability and flexibility in working hours is expected.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

• The applicant should have a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills are needed.

• Applicant should have a strong ethical standard and integrity.

• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is required.
