Our west metro client is looking for a great customer service representative to help grow their business. This is a great role for anyone who likes to help manage and grow their customer while the business grows. Requirements for this year include 1+ year of direct customer service, strong technical skills as well as ability to work in the office full time.
2+ years of related experience- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
