We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated human resources coordinator who is interested in growing with a fast-paced company in Santa Barbara, California area. Ideal candidates should be highly organized, comfortable with multi-tasking, with an outgoing, friendly personality. What we are looking for:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with manager to discuss needs.

  • Effectively evaluate applicants and sourced candidates’ requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position, business strategy, performance objectives and expectations.

  • Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge and compensation.

  • Prepare candidate for each step-in hiring process.

  • Use multiple search engines to find qualified candidates.

  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates.

  • Utilize, update and maintain the applicant tracking system as well as job postings.

  • Set and achieve monthly hiring goals.

  • Develop and execute with HR Director and Talent Acquisition Specialist to create and/or improve company job descriptions and postings.

  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.

Requirements

Requirements for the role:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • 2 years minimum administrative support experience. Experience in TA or HR preferred

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus

  • Professionalism and articulate communicator

  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality

  • Strong problem-solving skills
