Description We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team situated in Goleta, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing our inventory system, ensuring its accuracy and efficiency. This role is a short term contract opportunity in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a barcode scanner for the issuance of components to customers from the stockroom.

• Ensuring the stockroom is replenished with incoming inventory and addressing any work order shortages.

• Collecting kit parts according to work order requirements.

• Conducting weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Using inventory tracking tools to maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory.

• Restocking shelves as necessary to ensure a well-organized stockroom.

• Efficiently managing supplies inventory to avoid shortages or excess.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficient in managing Supplies Inventory

• Demonstrated ability to efficiently Track Inventory

• Proven experience in managing Warehouse Inventory

• Skilled in Restocking activities

• Experience in Stocking Shelves

• Familiarity with Stockroom operations

• Ability to perform inventory related tasks in a timely and efficient manner

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
