Description
Robert Half is partnering with a great company that is searching for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a great work culture! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in an accounts receivable & accounts payable position.
Requirements
Requirements:
Generating timely and accurate customer invoices
Maintaining accounts receivable records
Verifying invoices for appropriate documentation
Monitoring incoming payments, and ensuring they are applied correctly
Assisting with month-end close accruals, working with other departments to resolve billing issues
Reviewing invoices and processing in the system
Maintaining invoice copies and approvals
Resolving discrepancies
Communicating with vendors regarding payment status
Invoice requests, and inquiries as needed, and researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to streamline our financial operations
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in an accounts payable / receivable role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
