Robert Half Billing Clerk in Goodlettsville, Tennessee
Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Goodlettsville, Tennessee for a Billing Clerk in a Specialty Construction Company. This role is an integral part of our accounting team and requires someone with experience in billing procedures, who can work quickly and independently.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct AIA Contract Billings, Progress Billing, Time and Materials Billing, as well as inter-company billing.
• Communicate with other offices and employees as needed for billings.
• Handle filing and copying tasks.
• Conduct soft collections on past due accounts.
• Carry out research on various projects.
• Resolve payment/invoice issues.
• Use multiple construction management programs.
• Oversee the administration of accounting functions and claim processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks.
• Operate Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and IBM AS/400 for various accounting tasks.
• Manage collection processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with IBM AS/400
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Understanding of Collection Processes
