Robert Half Office Assistant in Goose Creek, South Carolina

Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in the Property Management industry. Located in Goose Creek, South Carolina, this role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Office Assistant, you will be heavily involved in property management and office functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties and follow up on any violations until resolution

• Research files based on property pictures to ensure no violations are missed

• Provide detailed reports on specific property addresses when requested

• Review violations with the Compliance Coordinator and/or the Community Manager as needed

• Handle any homeowner violations or complaints with patience and professionalism

• Assist other departments as requested by the Community Manager

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member lists and update member addresses as necessary

• Prepare and disseminate correspondence such as welcome letters, delinquent dues letters, and newsletters

• Assist in organizing board meetings, including preparing call to meetings, reserving meeting rooms, and setting up the room

• Return phone calls, e-mails, messages, and letters within two working days

• Maintain the company web page, keeping board members, committee members, newsletters, and BOD Meeting Minutes up to date.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word

• Knowledge of Office Functions

• Ability to perform Clerical Duties and handle Correspondence

• Strong Customer Service skills.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Experience with Office Functions, including About Time and Billing Functions.

• Ability to perform Clerical Duties and manage Correspondence effectively.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality service.

• Experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with office assistant job functions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

• High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus.

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills related to the job.
