Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Retirement Administrator in the service industry located in GOSHEN, Indiana. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of annuities and retirement services. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities from coordinating with staff, to maintaining accurate records, to facilitating communication between advisors and third-party providers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily administrative tasks in annuities such as processing surrenders, maturities, retirement payments, and tax reporting.

• Provide leadership in the annuity product strategy, operations, and sales.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new retirement service plans and maintain the operation of existing plans.

• Develop expertise in annuities and retirement service products to assist clients and consultants in establishing accounts, completing enrollment materials, and maintaining accounts.

• Deliver customer service to advisors, employers, and participants.

• Generate operation and participant reports for annuities and retirement services.

• Assist in compliance activities related to all retirement products.

• Maintain all administrative forms, manuals, and form letters.

• Contribute to maintaining all retirement operations systems and procedures.

• Undertake other projects as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in the service industry

• Proficiency in Data Processing

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Annuities

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Understanding of Mutual Funds
