Description
Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in search of a Junior Paralegal to become part of a growing team and handle a caseload of personal injury pre-litigation cases. A successful candidate will be tech-savvy, is interested in growing in legal, and can build working relationships within a team environment as well as work independently. This position is a full-time in person job opportunity.
Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 4% match; 10 days of paid vacation, Washington State paid sick leave, and 12 paid holidays per calendar year; and bonus opportunities up to 10% of candidates salary (based on performance).

Requirements
Current experience as a pre-litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening);
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills;
Demonstrated knowledge of drafting;
E-Filing and local courts experience;
Intake Experience;
Expert in Microsoft Outlook;
Filevine experience a plus!
