Robert Half Regional Sales Representative in Grand Island, Nebraska

Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Regional Sales Representative based in Grand Island, Nebraska. This opportunity falls within the factoring and collection industry and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The role involves managing and building client relationships, delivering sales presentations, and meeting company-defined sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identification of potential leads and organization of sales presentations.

• Developing proposals and negotiating terms with prospective clients.

• Prompt follow-up with potential clients after sales presentations.

• Effective management of client accounts and relationships.

• Regular creation of sales reports and maintenance of the sales pipeline.

• Utilization of various methods such as cold calling or in-person meetings to approach potential clients.

• Consistent interaction with clients to foster and maintain positive relationships.

• Travel within the sales territory to facilitate face-to-face client meetings.

• Striving to meet and exceed company-defined sales targets.

• Utilization of CRM and ERP Solutions for efficient work processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, auditing, and billing functions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational capabilities. Requirements

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing customer interactions and data.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP Solutions for managing business processes.

• Experience in handling and answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Knowledge and experience in auditing procedures and practices.

• Understanding of billing functions, including invoicing, tracking payments, and addressing billing issues.

• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying information to clients and team members.

• Experience in commercial collections, including debt recovery and account reconciliation.

• Ability to travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and potential customers.

• Proven track record in sales, particularly within the Factoring & Collection, Medical Supply Sales or Revenue Cycle Management industry.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• High level of integrity and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
