Position: Scrum Master - IT Business Analyst
Location: Remote (with limited travel to NE)
Salary: $90-120K + exceptional benefits

As a Scrum Master, you will:
Lead Agile practices, ceremonies, and ensure team’s success.
Work closely with the Product Owner/Tech Lead and resolve team impediments.
Champion Agile practices within our organization.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories.
Manage the backlog based on business priorities.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in project management, Scrum principles, and working with data teams.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Jira.

Requirements
