Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be tasked with proctoring exams and ensuring a secure testing environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our testing procedures and providing excellent customer service to candidates. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Proctor exams while ensuring all test protocols are strictly adhered to.

• Maintain a secure testing environment by enforcing strict rules regarding personal electronics.

• Conduct periodic walkthroughs during exams to monitor adherence to rules.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to perform data entry tasks and maintain records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the test center.

• Handle scheduling of exams, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

• Uphold all rules and regulations of the test center, taking appropriate actions when necessary.

• Resolve customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Ensure a quiet, distraction-free testing environment for all candidates. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills and a proven ability to resolve customer service issues effectively

• Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service consistently

• Proficient in data entry tasks and able to perform data entry with precision and speed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is essential

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively

• High level of patience and empathy to deal with customer complaints and queries

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
