Robert Half International Resource Specialist in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan
Our client in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a Resource Specialist to assist in the delivery of quality service within various departments of the organization. The purpose of this role is to provide organizational support, including people, structures, culture, and work processes. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm while operations and contact center hours are Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Occasional weekends may be required during peak hours.
Ideal candidate will wear many hats and have experience in such areas as reception, billing operations, customer service, or data entry so that they could move into another department if needed.
