Robert Half Financial Reporting Manager in Grand Rapids Nt, Michigan
Description
We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our healthcare team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role involves working with Sage Intacct, a cloud financial management system, to manage and streamline our financial reporting processes. This person MUST HAVE an in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct reporting tools and a back office understanding on how to create, modify, and maintain reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the use of Sage Intacct and ensure it meets our organizational needs
• Manage the production current reports
• Evaluate the current system setup and suggest improvements for efficiency
• Simplify and weed out unnecessary report groupings
• Create department-specific reports based on their unique needs and groupings
• Monitor and adjust the supply of reports based on demand
• Ensure the naming of reports is clear and easily identifiable
• Manage the maintenance of the financial reporting system
• Lead the team in implementing changes and improvements to the system
Requirements
• Proven experience in a Financial Reporting Manager role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.
• Proficiency in using financial software, MUST HAVE Sage Intacct, Intacct, and Intacct ERP.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting processes and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate financial analysis.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of data privacy standards and financial regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
