Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk based in Grayslake, Illinois. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our operations, handling a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping and receiving, compliance and safety, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound operations, including the safe and efficient reception and unloading of freight.

• Ensure the quality and quantity of goods received, promptly reporting any damaged items.

• Oversee the preparation and fulfilment of customer orders as per specifications.

• Coordinate daily shipments to guarantee the timely delivery of customer orders.

• Receive, log, and process customer returns.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and manage the inventory of finished goods.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, conducting basic facility maintenance as needed.

• Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety regulations, and promptly report any safety hazards or violations.

• Manage relationships with truckers and coordinate inbound and outbound schedules.

• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts efficiently and safely.

• Use ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, and other relevant software for various clerical duties. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies

• Experience with Epic Software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls

• Skills in Auditing

• Ability to work with Charts - Graphs

• Experience in Clerical Duties
