Robert Half Property Manager in Great Neck, New York
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Manager. The role entails managing commercial properties in Great Neck, New York. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, managing contractor relationships, and handling tenant queries, among other duties.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of repairs, maintenance, and projects for a portfolio of Commercial Properties.
• Support and communicate effectively with onsite property staff to coordinate all repairs and maintenance needs.
• Manage relationships with existing contractors and seek new contractors on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee all project phases from bidding to completion.
• Ensure that all routine and contracted services are adequately provided to all Commercial Properties.
• Stay within the constraints of the approved budgets to control expenditures.
• Gain a thorough understanding of all Commercial Property activities and attributes.
• Efficiently handle incoming tenant queries.
• Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Utilize software systems such as CRM, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and Kardin for efficient management of accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, and billing processes.
Remember, this role requires skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Kardin, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing Functions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Kardin software
• Knowledge of accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with billing functions and budget processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
