Your responsibilities in this role
Field and send out send written business correspondence
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
Manage incoming telephone calls

Requirements - Strong computer skills including customer database systems
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Experience with Cash Drawers
Data entry experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of Cash Payments
Proficiency in numeric data entry
General familiarity with Credit Card Payments
Proven knowledge of Cash Handling
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Foundational knowledge in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
