Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with accounting software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Enter and manage bills in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Enter freight invoices, collaborating with Customer Account Specialists and Shipping/Receiving as needed for confirmation and communication.
• Handle uniform invoices using an Excel file, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Enter employee expense reports.
• Assist with closing AP for month-end.
• Participate in bi-weekly check run process on-site.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Skilled in using Concur
• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting
• Experience with Auditing
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH)
• Proficiency in using NetSuite software
