Description We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team in the industry. The initial location will be in Greenfield, Indiana, with a planned relocation to Fishers later in the year. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Staff Accountant, your main duties will include managing customer accounts, processing customer credit applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Oversee and manage customer accounts proactively

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Perform account reconciliation tasks as part of the role. Requirements • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Staff Accountant is essential.

• Exceptional understanding and application of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial management tools.

• Demonstrable experience in Account Reconciliation is mandatory.

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on details.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Must have exceptional numerical proficiency.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
