Robert Half Inventory Clerk in Greenfield, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Turners Falls, Massachusetts, United States. The role will be primarily focused on maintaining accurate records related to Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, and inventory adjustments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate data related to BOMs and routers

• Efficiently handle inventory adjustments and ensure all changes are correctly recorded

• Generate reports related to inventory levels and discrepancies

• Analyze and distribute reports on inventory adjustments

• Utilize skills in auditing and automated inventory management for optimal performance

• Accurately perform data entry tasks with a specific focus on numeric data

• Handle and maintain Bills of Lading with utmost attention to detail

• Ensure strict compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth inventory operations

• Continuously improve inventory management processes for increased accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Possess relevant experience in auditing and maintaining inventory records.

• Proficient in using automated inventory management systems.

• Demonstrates strong numeric data entry skills.

• Has experience handling Bills of Lading.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

• Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and systems.

• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

• May require standing or walking for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
