Our client, a well-known retail company in the Greensboro area, is seeking an experience commercial leasing attorney to join their growing team!

This is an exciting time to be part of this dynamic team that is continuing to expand their business!

Candidates must have 4+ years commercial leasing experience, with some of that in the retail space and can be licensed to practice in any US jurisdiction.

Preference for someone who can ultimately work full-time in Greensboro, but they will consider candidates from other parts of North Carolina who are willing to come to Greensboro occasionally.

Requirements - Commercial real estate experience

  • Commercial Leasing experience

  • Licensed Attorney experience

  • First-rate academic credentials and references

  • Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience

  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

  • Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
