Description We are in search of a meticulous Loan Processor - Support to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you'll be working in the finance industry, primarily focusing on loan processing. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications using systems such as Automated Underwriting System and Calyx Point

• Leverage your data processing skills to maintain precise customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries, providing top-notch service and solutions

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary

• Utilize your strong math and analytical skills to ensure accurate loan processing

• Meet strict deadlines and work under pressure, demonstrating your ability to multitask

• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects

• Communicate effectively both orally and in written form with customers and team members

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel to ensure effective data management and reporting

• Apply your knowledge and experience in Manufactured housing or auto loan processing, if available, to enhance efficiency and service delivery Requirements • Proficiency in Automated Underwriting System and Calyx Point

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Data Processing

• Experience with About Time, Appraisals, and Closing Processes

• Strong Communication skills and understanding of Compliance regulations

• Ability to manage Approved Loans, including Auto Loans, Construction Loans, and Consumer Loans

• Knowledge of different types of loans, such as Conventional Loans, Equity Loans, FHA Loans, and Government Loans

• Experience with Home Equity Loans, Installment Loans, and Interlibrary Loan

• Ability to handle Jumbo Loans, Leveraged Loans, and Licensed Loans

• Practical knowledge of Loan Administration, Loan Agreements, and Loan Origination

• Understanding of various Loan Products, Loan Program, and Loan Renewal Processes

• Experience with Loan Review, Loan Servicing, and Loan Structure

• Proficiency in Loan Underwriting and Loan Vision

• Ability to manage Loans - Asset-Based, Loans - Commercial, and Loans - Consumer

• Knowledge of Loans - Secured, Loans - Unsecured, and Mortgage Loan Origination

• Experience with Mortgage Loan Underwriting and Non-Performing Loans

• Ability to handle Payday Loans, Purchase Loans, and SBA 7(a) Loan

• Knowledge of Student Loans, Syndicated Loans, and Unsecured Loans.
