Robert Half Marketing Assistant/Analyst II in Greensboro, North Carolina
Description
Robert Half has a client who is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Analyst II to support one of our largest customer marketing programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of a new program rollout across 13,000+ store locations. You will also assist in developing training materials and sales tools to support Sales and Field Teams. The role will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Customer Marketing, Sales, North America Field Teams, as well as external customers and distribution partners.
Responsibilities:
Ensure effective execution of marketing programs across various store locations.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Marketing teams to develop training programs and sales tools.
Support cross-functional teams by coordinating between customers, distribution stakeholders, and internal departments.
Communicate and report progress to the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.
Assist with project management tasks and work independently to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and project management skills with proven results.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:
Experience using sales management tools such as SAP and KORBER.
Familiarity with managing large-scale rollouts or customer marketing programs.
Well-developed leadership qualities for cross-functional collaboration.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
