Robert Half HR Generalist in Greenville, North Carolina

Description

Robert Half is in search of an experienced HR Generalist to become part of a growing manufacturing company in Greenville, North Carolina. The primary function of this role is to manage and execute various human resources tasks, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration and payroll processing. A bachelor's degree and manufacturing experience are required for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Administer benefits and payroll for less than 100 employees, utilizing Paychex Payroll system.

• Uphold compliance with all internal and external policies, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Oversee the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

• Conduct corporate recruiting efforts to attract top talent to the organization.

• Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee productivity and motivation.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for daily tasks and communication.

• Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations to prevent occupational hazards.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role

• Proficient in Compliance and Employee Relations

• Demonstrable experience with FMLA and Benefits Administration

• Proven ability to manage Payroll for under 100 employees

• Familiarity with Paychex Payroll system

• Strong understanding and application of Performance Management techniques

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Proficient in Onboarding processes and procedures

• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suites

• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
