We are offering a great opportunity with a growing company! As the company Bookkeeper, your role will involve maintaining financial records for different entities, handling bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial records are kept for various entities

• Handle daily bookkeeping duties, including data entry tasks

• Manage accounts payable and receivable operations

• Conduct bank reconciliations and process checks

• Prepare and process journal entries

• Complete account reconciliations

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency

• Monitor compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and deadlines

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for various tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation procedures and practices

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management and oversight

• Familiarity with handling Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Expertise in bank reconciliations and related tasks

• Solid experience in bookkeeping and financial record keeping

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

• Experience with month end close procedures and reporting

• Knowledge of payroll processes and relevant regulations

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
