Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is in the Non-Profit sector and will require the successful candidate to manage and resolve customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues primarily through inbound calls
• Process and activate new cards for customers
• Update customer information and account details in the system
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and support
• Utilize internal software to take and add notes to customer accounts
• Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking customers as required
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
Requirements • Prior experience in a customer service role within a non-profit organization is preferred
• Proficient in Spanish language, both verbal and written
• Ability to translate Spanish to English and vice versa
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and customer service software
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
