Description
Our client, a growing company in Greenville, SC, is seeking a permanent fulltime Associate Attorney to support their corporate inhouse General Counsel. They have a hybrid schedule 2 days remote weekly and excellent benefits. This role will work on a team of 3 attorneys and 2 paralegals handling a variety of legal matters including commercial contracts, employment agreements, regulatory, claims litigation, corporate governance, and IP.
Requirements
2-5 years of corporate law or business law experience
Active license in good standing
Juris Doctorate degree
