Robert Half Office Manager in Greenville, South Carolina

Description We are providing a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Greenville, South Carolina, United States. This role primarily involves handling a variety of administrative tasks in an office setting. As an Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to be the main point of contact for office-related tasks and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and cater office lunches to ensure a welcoming environment for staff and guests

• Handle ordering of office supplies to maintain sufficient inventory

• Serve as a front-facing representative, greeting guests and managing receptionist duties

• Operate the Point of Sale software to manage and track transactions

• Respond to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial tasks

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using Concur and CRM systems

• Maintain and manage customer records using Dentrix Dental Software and About Time

• Conduct various accounting functions to ensure financial transparency and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for effective management of financial tasks.

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is required to streamline payroll and other financial processes.

• Familiarity with Concur is essential for managing travel and expense reports.

• Experience with CRM software is necessary for efficient customer relationship management.

• Proficiency in Dentrix Dental Software is required to manage dental practice operations.

• Familiarity with About Time software is needed for efficient time tracking and management.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory for managing the office's financial operations.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing the office's bills and expenses.

• Competency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required for tracking and ensuring timely payments.
