Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Greenwich, Connecticut

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in Warwick, RI, United States. This role is integral to our team, focusing on supporting our technology infrastructure, including aspects of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Dell Technologies, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues

• Implement configuration management practices to ensure all systems are maintained and up-to-date

• Support Android Development initiatives, contributing to the creation and improvement of healthcare-specific applications

• Utilize and manage Cisco Technologies to ensure optimal network performance and security

• Implement and manage Citrix Technologies, providing virtualization solutions to our team

• Handle Computer Hardware issues, including setup, installation, and repair tasks

• Work with Dell Technologies products, ensuring they are used to their full potential and maintained properly

• Administer the Active Directory, managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights

• Support Apple Devices, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance to users

• Manage Backup Technologies, ensuring data protection and recovery measures are in place.

Requirements • Must possess in-depth knowledge of Android Development

• Proficiency in utilizing Cisco Technologies is required

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential

• Must have understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies is required

• Proficiency in Active Directory is essential

• Knowledge of Apple Devices is required

• Experience with Backup Technologies is preferred

• Must be proficient in Configuration Management

• Relevant experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry is desired

• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed

• Must have a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong customer service skills are required
