Robert Half Sales Representative in Greenwich, Connecticut

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity located in Greenwich, Connecticut. The role is for a Sales Representative, primarily focused on outbound sales in a call center setting. The industry is fast-paced and results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through outbound calls, including cold calls, warm calls, and promotional calls.

• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through follow-ups on warm leads.

• Proactively inform clients about new offers, services, and promotions.

• Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our system.

• Collaboratively work with the sales team to improve strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions and offer solutions.

• Ensure sales targets and call quotas are met or exceeded.

• Provide sales support and handle customer inquiries effectively.

• Leverage your skills in answering inbound calls to provide top-tier customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries and needs are met with satisfaction.

• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, able to effectively promote and sell products or services.

• Ability to provide sales support, assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and goals.

• Proven track record in cold calling, able to confidently reach out to potential customers with the aim of creating new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment, responding effectively to changes in a dynamic work setting.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Proficiency in using various sales software and tools, facilitating efficient and effective sales processes.

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
