Description
We are seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Education industry based in GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity focusing on payroll and benefits administration. The successful candidate will be handling a variety of tasks including auditing, maintaining accurate records, and processing customer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize accounting software systems to process customer credit applications with high precision and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial data and adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Administer 401k and other benefit functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Utilize Paylocity and other relevant platforms to manage payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain and update accounting functions, ensuring all data is current and accurate
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering high-quality customer service
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct
• Utilize skills in Ceridian and Dayforce for efficient management of tasks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in all tasks.
Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software tools
• Knowledge in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Proficiency in using Paylocity software
