Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a prominent, nationally recognized plaintiffs’ personal injury firm in the Denver Tech Center, on the search for a 3+ years’ Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to join their growing team. Experience with meeting the rigorous demands of a high-volume, pre-litigation caseload is required, preferably handling automobile and premises/products liability matters. Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills are required. Candidates must also be highly reliable and possess a keen eye for detail. Excellent grammar, proofreading, phone, computer, and organizational skills as well as a positive attitude is necessary. A paralegal certification would be highly preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Confirming intake information

  • Extensive contact with clients to guide through case process

  • Requesting medical records and bills

  • Reviewing/analyzing/summarizing of medical records and bills

  • Verifying all client injuries, damages and other losses have been documented

  • Preparing case files for demand drafting process

  • Communicating with insurance companies; medical facilities

  • Following up on medical treatment progress

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements • Applicant must possess strong skills in Medical Records Analysis.

• Proficiency in handling and managing Medical Records is required.

• The candidate should have relevant experience in Case Management.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal terminology and principles is essential.

• The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital for this role.

• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and software is required.

• The candidate should have the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is needed.

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Paralegal is desirable.
