Data Entry Specialist!

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and strategic Data Entry Specialist based in GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado. The role involves conducting thorough data research, data entry, and data analysis for our organization. The successful candidate will also monitor product performance, pricing, promotions, and various services to contribute to informed decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive research to compile relevant data from various sources

• Identify crucial data requirements for different projects and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data through regular audits

• Precisely input, update, and maintain datasets, while identifying and resolving any data inconsistencies or errors

• Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex datasets, providing valuable insights

• Create insightful reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and contribute to data-driven strategies and recommendations

• Keep a vigilant eye on product performance and market trends, monitoring pricing and promotional activities

• Provide timely reports on changes in product offerings and market dynamics

• Track and analyze various services provided by the organization, contributing to service improvement and development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Strong data visualization and presentation skills

• Ability to conduct computer research and gather data from various sources

• Experience in data analysis, interpreting data trends, and making recommendations based on findings

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong communication skills to effectively present data findings to team members and stakeholders

• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Communication, or Computer Science
